 Refractory mixing requires mixing powdered or granular refractory raw materials with a specific binder to impart plasticity. Yike’s high-speed mixer utilizes superior, powerful mixing technology to thoroughly and evenly mix the raw materials and binder. PLC -based and remote control are available for automated weighing, proportioning, feeding, and unloading, eliminating batch quality variations and raw material contamination.

Features of Yike high speed mixer:

           * High mixing uniformity : The high-speed rotation of the rotor and the carefully designed blade rotation mode fully stir the materials, eliminating the problem of dead corners of materials in the bin, and the mixing uniformity reaches 99.9%.

           * High mixing efficiency : The high-speed rotating rotor forms a powerful flow field , which can complete the mixing in 1-3 minutes. It also reduces the cavity ratio in the bin and the material loading can reach more than 80%.

           * Wear-resistant and anti-corrosion : Wear-resistant and anti-stick linings are installed on all wear parts of the equipment. This can effectively extend the service life of the high-speed motion mechanism and reduce power loss;

           * Automatic control : PLC can be used to achieve central and remote control and fully automated operation to avoid errors caused by manual operation. Users can set the mixing, water addition, and drug addition sequence and dosage according to process requirements to achieve automatic feeding and discharging.

           * Strong sealing : The mixer realizes automatic feeding and discharging, avoiding dust leakage caused by manual operation. The inspection port is sealed to ensure a clean and tidy workshop environment and meet environmental protection standards.

    Working principle of high speed mixer :

           *Optimized tilt angle of silo installation design

           *The scraper at the bottom of the silo rotates at high speed to form a strong flow field to drive the material to turn and mix

           *The silo is equipped with a reinforced rotating shaft to mix the materials in multiple dimensions during high-speed mixing, so that the materials can be mixed without any dead angle in the silo.

           *The mixer adopts automatic control. The fully automatic operation can set the feeding time and dosage according to the process requirements to ensure the accurate and stable formula.
