European mill
Description
Advantages of the European Mill: The European mill combines the structures of a vertical mill and a Raymond Mill, absorbing the advantages of each structure. It offers advantages such as high output, controllable grinding fineness, energy saving and reduced dryness. The European mill features a rotating main shaft with a plum blossom frame standing upright in the center of the mill body. Three or more grinding rollers are suspended from the plum blossom frame. The main shaft is driven by a reducer mounted at the bottom of the mill body. Each set of grinding rollers is designed to rotate automatically with a hydraulic motor, and the linear speed of rotation is synchronized with the orbital speed. Furthermore, a hydraulic cylinder is designed on the cantilever supporting each set of grinding rollers to increase the interaction force between the grinding rollers and the liner. The European mill avoids the heavy weight, high installation requirements, and complex supporting facilities of vertical mills through its process and structure. It also solves the problems of high wear, high noise, and low output associated with the passive rotation of the grinding rollers in traditional Raymond Mills.
