Continuous granulator
Description
The continuous granulator is a high-speed mixing and granulating machine for fine powders and granular materials. It utilizes advanced technologies such as a rotating chassis, tilted mixing, and variable frequency speed regulation. Driven by the high-speed rotor, the powder undergoes repeated up-and-down and forward-and-backward motion, humidifying the powder and achieving continuous granulation. Features of the continuous granulator: 1. High Output: A single machine can achieve a maximum output of 15 tons/hour. 2. Automated Control: Remote centralized control and fully automated operation are available. Programmable process parameters enable advanced optional features such as automatic granulation . 3. Continuous Operation: The machine is automatically controlled, allowing for automatic feed, mixing, and discharge according to the desired ratio. This makes it suitable for high-volume, continuous operation and provides more stable product quality. 4. Long Life: The chassis of the continuous granulator is lined with wear-resistant, anti-sticking lining, effectively preventing wet materials from sticking to the wall and compacting, significantly extending the equipment’s service life. 5. Easy Maintenance: The upper housing of the continuous granulator features an access door for adjusting clearances and replacing wearing parts.
Technical principle :
The continuous granulator distributes the material evenly through a high-speed rotating distributor. Driven by the rotating blade group, the water mist fully contacts the fine powder material, realizing the repeated movement of multi-dimensional tumbling of the material to form particles.
Application areas :
Mainly suitable for industries that require raw material granulation, such as ceramics, tiles, refractory materials, chemicals, food, and fertilizers.
