Description

Lifting power motor: YEJ-132M-4-B5 (7.5kw);

Lifting reducer: K77-7.24-M4-90°-AB-Y132M-4;

Lifting reducer: FA107-43.03-AD5-M5/6;

Oscillating motor: YX3-132S-4-B5(5.5kw);

Swing reducer: K77-10.84-M4-AB-Y132S-4;

Runoff suction fan: 11kw;

Clamping pneumatic butterfly valve: DN200;

Lifting chain: Elephant card.

(1)The main support frame adopts the detachable beam frame structure, the billet body lifting adopts the basket type lifting frame, the top of the frame hanging retractable vacuum hood, the top main beam fixed vacuum suction fan, can remove the top waste, vacuum hood is equipped with a silencer, effectively reduce the noise of the fan;

(2)The main frame adopts 400*300*10mm square pipe, and the whole welding processing, the equipment stability is good;

(3)Vertical cutting machine adopts double frame staggered swing structure, which can offset each other when the vibration of swing, swing frame adopts CNC machining center one-time processing, to ensure the accuracy of each frame and all the steel wire hanging plate are assembled, to avoid the old cutting machine manual adjustment steel wire scraper size deviation;

(4)Vertical cutting machine is equipped with a vacuum hood device (with silencer), which can absorb the cutting top skin within 40mm. In the adsorption process, the top skin is used as a protective layer to protect the cutting blank body from the edge collapse phenomenon when the vertical cutting steel wire out of the blank body;

(5)The cutting machine will not have obvious “double eyelid”, scar, fish scale pattern, wavy pattern, corner phenomenon after cutting the blank body.
